Galaxy Z Flip 7 gets first One UI 9 beta update

The One UI 9 beta program is now expanding to the Galaxy Z Flip 7. Samsung has released the first One UI 9 beta update for its 2025 flagship clamshell in South Korea. The beta program could go live in other eligible countries within the next few hours.

Based on Android 17, One UI 9 is the first major OS upgrade for the Galaxy Z Flip 7. It launched running One UI 8 (Android 16) out of the box in July 2025.
